You may complete patient forms in the office on the day of your visit.
What Happens at Your First Visit
1. Check-in
Brief paperwork and confirmation of your information.
2. Consultation
Dr. Kang will speak with you to understand your symptoms, health history, and goals.
3. Examination
A thorough chiropractic and acupuncture evaluation as appropriate.
4. Findings & Recommendations
Dr. Kang will explain his findings and discuss whether care is recommended and what next steps may look like.
Imaging (If Needed)
X-rays are recommended only when clinically appropriate. If imaging is required, Dr. Kang will explain the reason and review the results with you.
Your Care Plan
Based on your condition and goals, a personalized plan will be outlined to support pain relief, mobility, and long-term health.
